                                          Members of the 19th Corozal Louisvill Scout Unit and Scout Officials

Louisville Village in the Corozal District now has a Scout Unit. On Saturday May 14 Scout Leader for the 19th Corozal Louisville RC Scout Unit, Everaldo Puck, conducted an Investiture Ceremony and welcomed 13 new Scouts into the worldwide brotherhood of Scouting.


Present for the special occasion was President of The Scout Association Jersha Lennan and Executive Director Hilberto B. Riverol among other Scout Leaders, Scouts, Cub Scouts and Venture Scouts. Claudia Groutsche - Field and Finance Executive was also present and had spent the overnight with the Scouts camping in preparation for the official ceremony of INVESTITURE.



Scouts as the affirm the Scout Promise


In addressing the Scouts, President Lennan highlighted the fact that Scouting builds character and urged the Scouts to live up to the Scout Promise and Law. She asked the parents to support their children in Scouting activities and to place responsibilities on them.
