 Course specially designed for members of Unit Councils, meaning Assistant Patrol Leaders, Patrol Leaders and Senior Patrol Leaders. The Course is designed to give first hand experience in the areas of the Educational Objectives and activities, the Four Progress Stages, the Scout Unit, Patrol and Unit Council and Group life and the Program Cycle.
