Startegic Planning Retreat Part II (10:00 AM)
Following a very successful weekend of Strategic Planning at Camp Oakley in November and subsequently follow-up work groups among staff members, it is time for us to meet again to (design the matrix for each strategic priority).
This follow-up meeting be held over the weekend of January 16 and 17 at Camp Oakley.
The Saturday sessions will start at 10:00 a.m. We expect to work hard this day to achieve as much work as possible. On Sunday we are planning to have an early start and conclude all sessions by mid-day. Lunch would follow and after, everyone may leave satisfied that we have accomplished our goal.
