National Committee Meeting December 12, 2009 (All Day)
The quarterly meeting of the National Committee will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday December 12 at the residence of Mr. Roberto Harrison, 39- 3rd Street in San Ignacio Town.
Committee members who need transportation are asked to request this through the Scout office.
The agenda will be as follows:
1) Prayer
2) Approval of minutes of meeting held on Saturday
October 24, 2009
3) Matters arising from minutes
4) Directors’ Reports and planned activities (15 minutes each)

R. Johnson - Operations (Strategic DevelopmentRetreat Report)
J. Mai - Support Services (Finance Report or up-date)
5) Any other business
6) Adjournment
